New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 6 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.

Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of your frame. Place paper 1 and paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.

Place your tube to the middle of your frame.

Open paper 2 and arrange it behind your frame go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Element 29 lower left hand side.

Element 18 move it on top of element 29.

Element 31 arrange it in front of your frame and tube.

Use the teddy bear element 15 lower right hand side. 

Can element 5 also place lower right hand side. 

Element 1 right side and move it behind element 5 next to your tube.

Last use element 57 and place it behind your tube.

Layers merge visible.

Add your name and copy right information.
