New Years Lollipop
A festive PTU exclusive kit called New Year Lollipop designed by Fw Tags Creations. This kit is made to match Andy Cooper's tube New Years Lollipop. I used tube artist PinupToons. Kit and tube are only available at the store link below.

This tutorial is my own.
Let's begin.
New image 950 by 352 sections select all and choose paper 4 paste it into your selections. Selections none.
Place your tube in the middle of your timeline.
Open element 31 and arrange on the right hand side of your timeline. Duplicate image mirror.
Use elements 1 and 2 arrange them on the right hand side. Place element 1 on the right hand side. Move them just under element 31.
Elements 11 and 12 arrange them on the left hand side of your tube and just under element 31.
Element 24 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked. Place them on the bottom layers of your background. Duplicate image mirror.
Do the same with element 3 as you did with element 24.
Last use element 48 place on the left side in the middle of element 3. I gave mine a gradient glow of white (optional) Duplicate element 48 and arrange on the right hand side.
Add your copy right information and your name. Layers merge all.

Add element 31 in front of your tube.
Use element 24 and arrange it behind your tube.
Layers merge visible.
Add your copy right information and your name.

Let's Begin.
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 1 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Use your magic wand and choose paper 1 paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Place your tube right side and towards the middle.
Open paper 2 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image. And merge together your mask and paper.
Element 17 move it in front of your tube and frame.
Element 63 place left hand side.
Turtle element 18 image mirror place lower right hand side next to your tube.
Element 9 image mirror lower left hand side.
Element 13 also move to the lower left side and next to element 9.
Fish element 52 upper left hand side and move it just behind your tube.
Sign element 62 lower left side. Image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Shells element 56 arrange lower left side and place it in front of the sign.
Last use fish element 65 and place him in the upper left side of your frame next to your tube.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
