This is a fantastic St. Patrick's day scrap kit designed by Kissed by Kelz. It's called Lucky and you can get her awesome work at Scrap Candy

New image and open element frame 57 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Magic wand and select inside the middle and choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame.

Move your tube to the middle.

Clover element 9 upper left hand corner of frame and move behind your tube.

Element 39 move to the lower left hand side.

Beer glass element 88  lower left hand side.

Element 131 move to the upper right hand side and slightly behind your tube.

Element 8 upper left hand side and place it behind your frame. Duplicate it image mirror and merge together. Duplicate it again image flip.

Clover element 13 lower right hand side.

Open element 45 and place it front of your frame towards the bottom.

Elements 64 and 25 arrange them behind your frame. 

Add your name and copy right information.
