New image 700 by 650 and open frame element 1 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose a paper of choice  invert and delete. Move it under your frame.

I'm using a tube with a close up layer. Place it in the middle of your frame.

Element 2 image rotate it 90 to the right all layer's checked. and place it in the lower right hand side. Now image rotate 25.00 to the right. Duplicate image flip and then image mirror. 

Element 5 place it behind your frame.

Book element 68 lower left side add these other elements also 63 and 34. 

Place flower element 29 in the bottom part of your frame.

Element 9 lower right hand side.

Element 26 upper right hand side image rotate it 25.00 to the right.

Last add flower element 66 upper left hand side.

Now add your name and copy right information.
