Shabby Steam

Let's begin.
New image 700 by 650 and open frame element 2 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle.
Choose paper 4 paste it into your selections. Move it under your frame. Selections none.
Place your tube in the middle and move it slightly to the right.
Open paper 3 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 16 lower left and side and move it behind your tube. Move it up just a little.
Element 4 upper left side and place it just behind your tube.
Element 17 image mirror lower left and and next to your tube.
Dream sign element 37 arrange lower bottom part of your tube. See tag above for placement.
Element 49 lower right side of your tube move it behind.
Element 12 upper right hand side. Also arrange it just behind your tube.
Last use flower element 24 image mirror and move it lower right side of the dream sign.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
