Venetian Masqurade

Let's begin.
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 3 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose paper 2 and paste it into your selections. Move it under your frame. Selections none.
Place your tube lower left hand side of your frame.
Open paper 1 and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Flower element 48 image flip and move in the upper left hand side. Image rotate it 25.00 to the right 3 times. Duplicate image flip and then image mirror.
Element 47 lower right hand side.
Fan element 34 upper right and move it towards the middle and just behind your tube. Image rotate it 25.00 to the right.
Element 8 lower right hand side and arrange it behind element 47.
Element 14 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked. Now move it to the upper right hand side.
Leaf element 27 lower left and move towards the middle.
Last use element 1 and also place lower middle and next to leaf element 27.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
