A fun 2016 scrap kit for New Years. Great for those New years eve tubes. It's designed by Scrappin with Lil Ole Me. You can get this kit at

Mask downloaded from Rocked by Rachel's blog
New image 700 by 650 and open paper 1 paste it as a new layer on your new image.
Go to layers new mask from image and open your mask and paper.
Use the lady Mishka tube image mirror lower left side arrange it next to your mask.
Element 2 place it in the lower middle of your mask and behind the tube.
Elements 2, 88 and 90 arrange them lower left hand side.
Element 39 left side and place it next to your tube just behind it.
Fireworks element 89 upper right hand corner.
Last use the car element 38 lower right hand side.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
