New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 15 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked.

Edit copy and paste the frame on your new image.

Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose paper 16 and paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.

Place your tube on the right hand side of your frame.

Open paper 12 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Element 3 lower left hand side.

Element 22 arrange it in front of your frame and tube.

Cupcake element 30 lower left and move it towards the middle.

Flower element 37 upper left hand side of your frame.

Hat element 23 lower right hand side next to your tube.

Element 87 upper right hand side and move it behind your tube.

Last use butterfly element 86 place in the middle top part of your frame next to element 87. Image rotate it element 86 25.00 to the left.

Now add your name and copy right information.
