New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 46 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. 

Select inside the middle with your magic wand. Selections expand 14 and choose paper 23 paste it into your selections. Move it under your frame. Selections none.

Place your tube to the left hand side.

Choose paper 26 and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Element 68 move to the upper left hand side of your frame and behind your tube. Image rotate it 25.00 to the left.

Element 106 arrange lower left side next to your tube.

Element 88 lower right hand side.

Element 113 place on the upper right hand side of your frame.

Flower element 3 lower right hand corner.

Last add word art 85 right hand side image rotate it 25.00 to the left.

Add your name and copy right information.
