New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 124 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. Edit copy and paste as a new layer.

Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose paper 25 paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.

Image mirror your tube and place left hand side.

Element 69 move to the left side and place it behind your frame. Duplicate image mirror.

Hat element 9 place it lower right hand side.

Cat element 32 image mirror and move to the lower right hand side.

Last use element 100 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. Place in the upper right hand side of your frame.

Add your name and copy right information.
