Purple Steam punk

New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 48 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose paper 7 paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Place your tube in the middle of your frame.
Choose paper 6 and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 38 place it in front of your tube.
Element 18 lower right hand corner move it behind your tube. Image rotate it 25.00 to the right.
Element 51 place behind your tube on the right side. Rotate it the same as above.
Element 2 upper right hand side image rotate it the same as above.
Element 128 image mirror and move to the left hand side. Just behind your frame. And rotate.
Use the word art 3 element and place down in front of tube. I gave mine a small gradient glow. Optional.
Element 82 upper left hand side of frame. Behind your tube. And rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Last use element 108 place it on top of your frame behind your tube.
Add your name and copy right information.
