Balloon Party Time

Mask of choice.
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 50 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Use your selections eclipse and draw a circle around your frame. Choose paper 4 paste it into selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Choose paper 1 and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Place your tube in the middle of your frame. Erase the bits hanging over your frame.
Element 49 lower left hand side and move it just under your frame. Duplicate image flip and merge them together. Duplicate image mirror.
Element 28 place it behind your frame.
Element 34 place bottom part of your frame move it just under neath on top of your mask layer. Duplicate image flip.
Elements 12 and 25 place them in the lower right hand side.
Butterfly element 36 place on top of the flower lower right hand side.
Element 46 move to the lower right hand side of your frame. Duplicate image flip. Merge together duplicate again image mirror.
Last use element 27 place on the right hand side.
Add your name and copy right information.
