Mardi Gras

New image and open element frame 7 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame.
Move your tube to the left hand side of the frame.
Element 49 place it under your tube.
Element 42 lower right hand side of frame.
Element 3 move behind your tube lower left hand side.
Necklace element 11 upper left hand side and hang it on your frame. Erase just a bit of so it looks like it's hanging on the corner.
Element 21 move to the right hand side and behind your tube. Duplicate image mirror and arrange behind your tube.
Element 22 lower left and behind your frame. Duplicate image flip and then image mirror.
Now add your name and copy right information.
