Mask of choice.

New image and open element frame 8 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under frame.

Choose another paper of choice and place behind your frame layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Move your tube to the right hand side of your frame.

Use your selections key eclipse draw a circle around the frame layers new raster layer and paste into selection. Colorize your middle layer i did a grey color. 

Tree element 52 move to the left hand side.

Tree element 53 move under element 52 duplicate image mirror.

Snow element 46 move it in front of your tube.

Animals 4 and 1 move them to lower left hand side around the trees and snow.

Element 33 arrange around your animals.

Element 29 move above your frame duplicate image mirror. 

Elements 50 and 20 arrange in the upper left hand side of your frame.

Last add element 22 move it in the middle of your frame.

Now add your name and copy right information.
