Urban Spray

Mask downloaded from Millie's blog
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 7 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Use your selections key and draw a rectangle around your frame. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move it under your frame.
Choose another paper of choice place behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 36 move it down towards the middle of your frame. Give it a small gradient glow of white. (Optional)
Element 105 move it behind your mask.
Flower element 29 arrange in the upper left hand corner.
Fire hydrant element 108 lower left hand side.
Elements 40 and 35 arrange them around the hydrant rotate the paint cans.
Element 116 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked and place on the left hand side of your frame. Do the same with the other word art 122 except place it on the right hand side.
Flower element 67 move down to the lower right hand corner.
Move your tube to the middle.
Last use element 4 and move it to the upper right hand corner of your frame.
Now add your name and copy right information.
