Open your template in psp and delete the credits layer. Go threw all of your other layer's and add your paper's. On the two round circles i gave them a small gradient glow of red and white. That's optional if you want to do that.

Move your word art to the upper left hand side of temp. 

Now move your tube to the middle.

Use these elements 47, 28 and 63 arrange them behind your template.

Flag element 37 lower left hand corner and place it next to your tube.

Lips element 81 lower left hand side and place it on the circle. Duplicate image flip and merge together your two lips. Duplicate again image mirror.

Fire work elements 49 and 59 arrange them down in the lower left hand side.

Element 124 place it in front of your tube. Duplicate image flip and arrange it at the top. 

On your word art selections select all float, defloat and choose a paper of choice paste it into selections and then give it a small gradient glow of white. 

Now add your name and copy right information.
