TK Designs awesome new scrap kit. It matches Pin Up toons tube 177-3. You can get kit and tube
New image and open frame cluster paste as a new layer on your new image. Use your selections key to and draw a rectangle around your frame. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move under your frame.
Move your tube to the middle.
Use word art 2 move it behind your frame.
Element 18 move to the upper left of your frame.
Elements 21 and 22 arrange behind frame also.
Last open element 20 and move to the lower right hand corner.
Add your name and copy right information.
