Behind the Mask

Mask of choice.
New image and open paper 3 go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper. Now open another new image 700 by 650 and edit copy your mask and place it on it as a new layer.
Open frame element 2 and place it on the new image with your mask layer. Select inside the middle and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete. Move under your frame.
Take your tube and move her to the middle.
Elements 1 and 2 arrange them behind your frame.
Confetti trumpet 1 move to the lower left of your frame duplicate it image flip and then image mirror. Arrange that one on the right hand side behind your tube.
Fire works arrange them behind your frame on the upper and lower both sides.
Masks 1 move to the lower left hand side.
Ball 01 move under your mask lower left.
Jester hat move to the upper right side and rotate it just a bit.
Now add your name and copy right information.
