A beautiful and fun kit for New Year's Eve using your New year's Eve tubes or party tubes.  The kit is designed by Fwd Tags. This one is called Golden Celebration. And you can get it at Berry Applicious

New image and open frame element 1 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with magic wand and choose paper of choice. Invert and delete. Move under frame.

Now move your tube to the left hand side.

Use element 25 left hand side and move it behind your tube.

Disco ball element 12 upper right and hang it on your frame.

Element 23 upper right hand side and behind your frame. Rotate it 25.00 to the right. Duplicate image flip and then image mirror.

Speaker element 29 lower right hand side. And use speaker element 40 also move to the lower right hand side of frame.

VIP pass element 17 middle of your frame and next to your tube.

Element ribbon 5 arrange any where around your frame. Also use elements 13 arrange that in the lower left hand side and around your tube.

Element 41 place under your tube. And add these fire work elements 9 and 10 move to the lower left hand side of element 41.

Open the clock element 37 and move it in the upper right hand side. 

Last add elements 7 and 59 arrange on the speaker.

Add your name and copy right information.
