Choose a paper of choice. And open your tube move her to the left hand side.
Word art 2 move it under your tube. Now open word art Happy new year and upper right hand corner.
Streamers upper left hand side. Duplicate image re size 84 percent. And merge together. Duplicate image flip and duplicate again image mirror.
Confetti move behind your tube upper left hand side and arrange around your tube 3 more times.
Clock lower right under word art Happy New Year.
Open champagne and christini and arrange in the lower right hand side next to the 2014.
Last add element party horn. Image mirror and arrange down at the bottom.
Add name and copy right information.
