New image and use element frame 2 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image select inside the middle with magic wand and selections modify and expand by 4. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete move under frame.

Take your tube and place in the middle of the frame.

Element 80 lower left hand side on the frame duplicate image and move to the right hand side.

Element 43 upper left hand side and place it on top of the frame not behind.

Element 38 fan upper left image rotate 25.00 and move it behind the frame.

Wedding bell move it further up on the left and add the element bow 43.

Candles element 58 lower left hand side and just behind your tube.

Champagne glasses lower left and see tag above for placement.

Element 52 upper right hand side behind frame duplicate image mirror and merge together. Duplicate again and image flip.

Flower element 19 lower right hand side and next to your tube also use element 37 and arrange it next to your flowers.

Champagne bottle element 9 lower left hand side and move it next to your candles. 

Element 34 right hand side and place it in the middle. 

Now add your name and copy right information.
