New image 650 by 650 and use flower frame magic wand and select inside the middle paper of choice invert and delete move under frame.

Add your tube in the middle. 

Use pom pom flowers on the left side of frame duplicate it image flip then merge those two together.

Add any of the elements that you wish along the side. You can use like i did or your own.

Open the ice cream sundae and move it next to your tube along with with peach jello shot.

And open the candy bag and place it in between those two.

Stars element place in the upper right hand corner of your frame.

Glossy lips move to the right side of frame along with the stars element arrange to liking.

Bunny and chair elements move the chair next to your tube and sit the bunny on top of the chair.

Add the cat next to your tube.

Star scatter and color scatter open those elements and place them behind your frame arrange to your liking.

Now add your name and copy right information.
