New transparent image 650 by 650 and use picture frame magic wand and select inside the middle of the frame choose a paper of choice invert and delete move under frame.

Place your tube in the middle of the frame. I duplicated it then bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and then top layer change blend mode to over lay.

Choose a mask of choice i am using one from Vix. 

Paper of choice layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper. 

Now use boot and move it to the right side at the very end of the frame.

Zebra's move to the right hand side of your frame.

Use the shorts and corset arrange to your liking. 

Heart bow and camera elements next. You can arrange to how you would like it.

Diamond bow on the left image rotate 25.00 to left.

Lips n Jewel element move it under the heart bow and give it a rotate.

boombox and rock wave move to the left side of frame.

Now add your copy right information and your name.
