Mean Street
A fun PTU kit called Mean street designed by Fw Tags Creations. This kit goes great with those manly tubes. I paired it up with tube artist Andy Cooper. This kit is available at these stores.

Let's begin.
New image 900 by 352 selections select all and choose paper 7 paste it into your selections. Selections none.
Place your tube on right hand side.
Building element 54 image mirror and arrange it behind your tube. Duplicate image mirror.
Element 35 lower left hand side of your timeline.
Truck element 18 arrange it just behind element 35.
Elements 42 and 3 place them lower left side.
Element 15 lower right hand side and place them next to your tube.
Element 6 arrange in towards the lower left and just behind your truck. Add smoke element 69 image mirror.
Tree element 28 place it behind the buildings right in the middle of your timeline. See tag above for placement.
Element 53 arrange it behind your tube. Add moon element 27 also place it just behind your tube on the bottom layer of your timeline.
Last use element 63 and arrange it next to element 6.
Layers merge visible.
Add your copy right information and your name.
