A fun steampunk sea scrap kit designed by Kizzed by Kelz. It's made to match Julia Fox's tube steampunk mermaid.
This kit has over a 135 elements and 15 papers to play.
The tube has two layers to play with. Blonde and brunette hair choices.
Kit goes great with any steampunk tubes.
