Outhy
Dark and creepy scrap kit called Outhy. It's designed by Devilish Dezines and made to match artist Selisan Al-Gaib tube Outhy.

Mask of choice.
Let's Begin.
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 4 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of your frame. Use paper 3 and paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Place your tube on the left hand side.
Open paper 1 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Grass element 10 move it behind your tube.
Element 3 image mirror and also place just behind your tube.
Element 27 lower right hand side move just behind the tube.
Skull element 22 lower right hand side.
Element 16 lower right and just behind the skull.
Bird element 2 move lower right but next to your tube.
Last use element 30 upper right hand side.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
