Let's begin.

New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 5 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. 

Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of your frame. Choose paper 6 and paste it into your selections. Move it under your frame.

Place your tube in the middle.

Flower element 7 lower right hand side move it just behind your tube. Duplicate image flip. Merge these two together. Duplicate image mirror.

Flower element 1 lower left side arrange just behind your tube. Duplicate image mirror.

Open element 25 lower right hand side and place next to your tube.

Element 35 lower left hand side of your tube.

Element 18 upper left hand side arrange it behind your tube. Duplicate and place it behind your upper right hand side of the frame.

Element 23 place under your tube.

Element 27 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked. Move it upper part of your frame and down behind your tube. Duplicate and merge these two together.

Butterfly element 29 upper left hand side. Image rotate it 25.00 to the left.

Last use word art element 79 upper right hand side. I gave mine a small gradient glow of white. 

Layers merge visible.

Add your name and copy right information.
