Victorian
Pretty scrap kit called Victorian designed by Fw Tags Creations. It's part of a Collab called Victorian. And it's available at

New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 3 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked. Edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Use your magic wand inside the frame. And choose paper 2 paste it into your selections. Selections none.
Place your tube on the left hand side of your frame.
Open paper 5 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Flower element 25 image flip and move to the upper left hand corner of your frame just behind your tube. Duplicate image flip. Merge these two layers together.
Element 17 move it just behind your tube.
Bench element 47 lower right hand side and arrange it behind your tube.
Arrange these elements 50, 6 and 30 around the bench.
Place element 43 just behind the bench.
Elements 40 and 44 move them in front of your tube.
Last use bow element 11 in the upper right hand side. Image rotate it 25.00 to the right.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
