Lazy Hazy Days

New image 700 by 650 and open frame element 8 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked. Edit copy and paste as a new layer.
Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose paper 14 and paste it into your selections. Move it under your frame. Selections none.
Open paper 15 place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 13 image mirror move to the left hand side of your frame.
Boat element 55 left side and arrange it in element 13.
Element 76 left hand side of your frame.
Element 57 lower left side and next to element 13.
Sign element 5 lower left and move it next to element 57.
2nd sign element 46 arrange it in front of these elements.
Place your tube middle of your frame and slightly towards the right.
Element 58 right hand side and move it behind your tube.
Last on the bottom add elements 74 image mirror it and element 8. See tag above for placement.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
