New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 60. Edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.

Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Choose paper 25 and paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.

I'm using a close up layer tube. Place it in the middle.

Open paper 14 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your paper and mask.

Element 9 lower left hand side of your frame.

Candy element 38 lower left side and next to element 9.

Element 2 lower right hand side. 

Flower element 85 lower left hand side and move it just behind your tube. 

Last use candy element 39 and arrange it on the other side of element 2.

Layers merge visible.

Add your name and copy right information.
