Irish Eyes
A fun St. Patty's day scrap kit called Irish Eyes designed by Scrappin with Lil Ole me. Kit can be purchased at

New image 700 by 650 and open paper 6 edit copy and paste as a new layer.
Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Place your tube towards the bottom.
Rainbow element 20 upper left hand side. Image rotate it 25.00 to the left. Duplicate image mirror. Merge these two together.
Element 37 lower left side and move it behind your tube and just under the rainbow.
Element 36 lower right side and also arrange it just behind your tube.
Element 8 lower left side and move it in front of your tube.
Element 18 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. Arrange it under your tube and on the mask layer. Duplicate three more times and merge these layers together.
Element 4 top part and move it under the rainbow. I gave mine a small gradient glow. (Optional).
Element 41 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. Move it in the middle and under the rainbows.
Flower element 39 upper left hand side and just behind the rainbow. Duplicate image mirror. Merge them together. Duplicate image flip.
Trees element 30 left side. Duplicate image mirror.
Last use the frog element 10 lower right hand side and just behind your tube.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
