Sparkling Snow
Stunning scrap kit called Sparkling Snow. Great for any winter theme tubes. Designed by Scrappin with Lil Ole Me.

Mask of choice.
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 64. Edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Select inside the with your magic wand. Choose paper 2 and paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Place your tube on the right hand side of your frame.
Open paper 19 and arrange it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Use element 4 and move it towards the lower middle of your frame and behind your tube.
Add snowball element 107 lower middle and just behind your tube.
Snowman element 72 lower left side of your frame.
Tree element 26 right hand side and move it just behind your tube.
Flower element 71 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. lower left side of your frame. Now image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Place element 124 upper left side image rotate it 25.00 to the right.
Duplicate flower element 71 image flip and arrange it next to element 124.
Use element 125 upper left side. I gave mine a small gradient glow. That's up to you.
Last use bunny element 70 image mirror and move in front of your tube.
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
