Dare to Dream
Pretty scrap kit called Dare to Dream. If you like purple this is the it for you. It's designed by Fw Tags.

Mask downloaded from Millie's blog
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 2 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the four squares.
Open paper 2 and paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Arrange your tube on the left side of your frame.
Place paper 5 under your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 46 lower left side. Duplicate image mirror. Merge these two together.
Element 47 image mirror and move to the lower right hand corner.
Element 48 lower left and move it next to your tube.
Flower element 5 arrange down in the left side of your frame.
Butterfly element 3 place right hand side and next to element 47.
Element 35 lower right hand side and arrange it next to element 47 in the middle.
Tulips element 67 move lower left and next to your tube.
Element 50 lower left and move it just behind your tube. Image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Place element 69 lower left corner.
Last use the word art 1 and place lower right hand corner. I gave mine a small gradient glow. (Optional).
Layers merge visible.
Add your name and copy right information.
