Jacket Blue
Love this scrap kit called Jacket Blue. It's designed by Fw Tag's. Made to match Andy Cooper's tube Jacket Blue.

Mask downloaded from Millie's blog
New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 4 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image.
Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose paper 5 paste it into your selections. Selections none. Move it under your frame.
Use your tube with the close up layer. Place it under your tube. Duplicate and bring that one to the top. Erase the bits hanging over your tube.
Open paper 4 and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Element 33 lower right hand side behind your tube. Duplicate image mirror.
Element 32 arrange it behind your tube. And move it slightly to the right.
Element 29 lower right hand side.
Light element 42 lower right and move it behind element 29.
Element 45 lower left hand side of your frame.
Add the dog element 23 image mirror and place him next to element 45.
Purse element 47 middle and next to to the dog.
Last use elements 7 and 11 arrange them in the upper right hand side.
Add your name and copy right information.
