Wacky hat Timeline Set
This is a fun scrap kit called Wacky Hat. It's designed by Fw tag's and made to match Danny Lee's adorable tube Wacky Hat. You can get the kit and tube at

Plug ins used Xero (radiance) and Gradient glow
New image 850 by 351 and open paper 1 selections select all and paste it into your selections. Selections none.
Castle element 1 place it in the middle of your timeline.
Now place your tube next to the castle.
Element 43 lower left side and next to your tube. On my tube i used the plug in xero and radiance. (optional) Use your preferred amount on radiance.
Bench element 41 image mirror lower left just next to element 43.
Rabbit element 52 place him on top of the bench.
Element 74 lower right hand corner of your timeline.
Word art element 44 place in the upper right hand side. I gave mine a small gradient glow of white.
Element 4 place it behind element 74 to the left side.
Place elements 6 and 57 lower right hand side. Next to the castle.
Last use elements 42 and 11 arrange them behind element 74.
Layers merge visible.
Image add borders 5. Use your magic wand and select the border. Now choose paper 4 and paste it into your selections. Selections none.
Add your name and copy right information.
New image 100 by 100 selections select all and use the same paper for the back ground as you did in the timeline. Paste it in. And selections none.
Move your tube to the lower left hand side.
Add elements 43 and 52 to lower right hand side.
Layers merge visible. And do the same with border as you did above.
Add your name and copy right information.
