Pretty scrap kit great for those New Year's tubes. This one is called Red Velvet Party and is designed by Fw Tag's. You can get it at

New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 4 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose paper 3 paste it into selections. Selections none. 

I'm using a tube with a close up layer. Move your tube to the middle and place it under your frame. Duplicate and bring that one to the top. Erase the bits hanging over your tube.

Now use paper 4 and place it behind your frame.

Element 53 place on the upper left hand side. I gave mine a gradient glow of white. That's optional. 

Elements 35, 52 and 19 arrange them behind your frame.

Last use elements 15, 73 and 78 arrange them down in the lower right hand side.

Add your name and copy right information.
