Balloon Party




This scrap kit is so pretty. I love the colors in it. And it's also great for those New Year's Eve tubes. This kit is called Balloon Party and is designed by Fw Tag's. It's made to match Andy Cooper's tube. You can get the kit and tube

Mask of choice.

New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 1 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose paper 5 paste it into selections. Selections none.  Move it under your frame.

Move your tube to the left hand side. 

Now use paper 2 and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper. 

Clock element 63 place in the upper left hand side and move it just behind your tube.

Elements 1 and 2 arrange them on the left and right hand side of your frame.

Banner element 10 place it in front of your frame. Add elements 8 and 9. Place element 8 left side of the banner and element 9 towards the middle.

Element 64 image mirror and move to the lower right hand side.

Chair element 53 image mirror and move down to the lower right side. 

Balloons 31 and 32 arrange on the left and upper right side.

Element 19 arrange it behind your mask top part of your frame. Duplicate image flip.

Last use element 51 move to the upper right hand side of your frame.

Add your name and copy right information.
