Anniversary
This is a very pretty scrap kit called Anniversary designed by Devilish Dezines. You can get it at Scraps N Company

Template downloaded from Millie's blog
Mask also downloaded from Millie's blog.
Open template in psp and delete the credit's layer. Go threw all of your other layer's and add your paper's.
Move your tube to the middle.
Choose another paper of choice and place it behind your temp. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Flower element 21 lower right hand side and move it just behind your tube. Duplicate two more times and place one on top of the other.
Leaves element 41 lower right hand side behind your tube. Duplicate image flip.
Swan element 22 image mirror lower right hand side.
Element 9 image rotate it 90 all layers checked and move to the left hand side. Also move it just behind your tube. Image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Last use butterfly element 32 move to the upper left hand side image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Add your name and copy right information.
