New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 4 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with magic wand. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move it under your frame. 

Move your tube to the middle. Place it under your frame. Duplicate and bring that one to the top. Erase the bits hanging over your frame. 

Choose another paper of choice and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Element 29 upper right hand corner and move it behind your tube. Duplicate image flip and merge together. Duplicate image mirror.

Word art element 25 place it down the lower part of your frame. 

Teddy bear element 15 lower right side of frame and add candle element 5 also next to the bear.

Element 44 arrange it around your frame.

Heart element 3 lower left hand side.

Butterfly element 33 image mirror and move to the upper top part of your frame image rotate it 25.00 to the left.

Flower element 13 left hand side of your frame.

Bow element 49 lower right side of your frame. Move it just above the teddy bear element.

Last use element 52 right hand side of your frame and move it just behind your tube.

Add your name and copy right information.
