New image 700 by 650 and open frame element 16 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete. Move it under your frame. 

Move your tube to the left hand side of your frame.

Element 95 image mirror and move to the upper left hand side and place it behind your frame. Duplicate image flip and then image mirror.

Element 124 upper left hand side behind your frame. Duplicate image flip and merge together. Duplicate image mirror.

Element 2 lower right hand side of your frame. Add element 107 on top of element 2. 

Element 116 lower right hand side and behind your frame. Duplicate image flip and merge together. Duplicate again image mirror.

Element 5 place it in front of your tube and frame.

Element 28 lower left hand corner.

Last add element 37 upper right hand side of your frame.

Add your name and copy right information.
