Mask downloaded from Whisper in the Winds. You can get it
New image 700 by 650 and use frame element 5 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move it under your frame.
Choose another paper of choice and place it behind your go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Move your tube to the right hand side.
Rainbow element 32 upper left hand side.
Down in the lower corner use these elements 41, 42, element 39 image mirror and element 62. Arrange them as they are in the tag.
Flower elements 40 left hand side.
Butterfly element 36 upper left hand side.
Add element 13 also move it to the upper left hand side.
Last use element 50 arrange them behind your frame.
Add your name and copy right information.
