New image 700 by 650 and open frame element 4 edit copy and paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move it under your frame. 

Move your tube to the middle.

Element 46 place it behind your frame.

Bow element 46 upper right hand side image rotate 25.00 to the right.

Element 47 upper left hand side duplicate image flip merge together and then duplicate image mirror.

Flowers 2 and 5 lower right hand side. Add element 45 lower right hand side.

Candle element 32 lower right side.

Use element 1 place it in front of your frame.

Element 26 image mirror left hand side and move it behind your tube.

Last use element 14 lower left hand and slightly behind the word strong.

Add your name and copy right information.
