New image 700 by 650 and open element 45 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your selections key eclipse. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move it under your frame.
Choose another paper of choice place it behind your frame go to layers and new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Move your tube to the middle and under your frame. Duplicate and bring it to the top erase the bits hanging over the frame.
Element 135 lower right hand side.
Flower element 6 move to the upper right hand side image rotate it slightly 25.00 to the right.
Element 142 lower right and below element 135 rotate it just a bit.
Shoe element 11 lower right side and open sunglasses element 34 lower right image rotate it 25.00 to the right.
Flower element 27 upper left hand side and move it behind your tube. Duplicate image flip.
Lollipop element 25 place down in the lower right side next to your shoe.
Use elements 106 and 110 arrange them behind your frame.
Last use bow element 79 left hand side.
Add your name and copy right information.
