Template 635 downloaded from Millie's blog
Open template in psp and delete the credits layer. Go threw all of your other layer's and add your paper's.
Table element 68 move to the lower left hand side of your template.
Use elements 112 and 71 place them on top of your table.
Element 29 left hand side and move it to the square.
Element 108 left hand side and place your tube in the middle.
Flower element 58 upper right hand side and move it behind your element 108.
Elements 125 and 16 lower right hand side and move slightly behind your tube.
Shoe element 109 image mirror and lower right side.
Elements 81, 100 and 104 arrange them behind your template.
Element 118 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. Move to the left hand side of your temp. And duplicate image and move it to the upper right side.
Bug element 35 upper left hand side.
Add your name and copy right information.
