Born 2 Ride
Awesome scrap kit designed by Kissed by Kelz. It's called Born to Ride. Great for those bike tube's. You can get her awesome kit's at Scrap Candy

Use element 127 and then your selection key rectangle choose a paper of choice invert and delete. Move it under the element.
Move your tube to the middle.
Element 36 image rotate it 90 to the left all layers checked. Upper left hand corner. Duplicate image flip. Duplicate image mirror. Then duplicate the one on the lower right hand duplicate again and image flip.
Element 98 lower left and next to your tube also use element 1 and place it next to the cigs.
Element 119 arrange it around on the back ground paper like mine.
Use element 112 arrange them around the four corners of your paper.
Last use word art element 49 and move it to the top part of your tag.
Add your name and copy right information.
