Love this adorable tube and matching scrap kit. The tube is called Linda and is designed by Ishika Chowdhury. The matching scrap kit is called MHIB2 you can get the kit and tube at Mystical Scrap's

New image 700 by 650 and open element frame 02 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the frame with magic wand and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete. Move it under your frame.
Now choose another paper of choice and place it behind your frame. Go to layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
Move your tube to the left hand side.
Use the USA word art and place it in the middle.
Element 04 image rotate it 90 to the right all layers checked and move it under your tube and frame. Duplicate image flip.
Bow element 02 upper right hand side image rotate 25.00 to the right.
Flowers 12 and 26 arrange them down in the lower right hand corner.
Last use element 30 and place it behind your frame.
Now add your name and copy right information.
