Cute Mermaid
Tube made with artist Gary Rudsill's adorable mermaid tube. You can get the kit and matching tube
Template 606 downloaded from Millie's blog
Open template in psp and delete the credits layer. Go threw all of your other layer's. Once that's done select the big rectangle selections select all float, defloat and modify select selections border 3 flood fill with a color of choice. Do the same with the circle layer.
Move your tube to the right side.
Element 2 upper left side next to mermaid. Duplicate image flip and merge together.
Element 1 lower left hand side.
Element 9 image mirror lower right side of tube.
Bubbles element 17 upper right side and move behind your template. Duplicate image flip and then image mirror.
Sand element 14 bottom layer and just under your tube.
Last element 21 upper left hand side.
Add your name and copy right information.
