Mermaid's Ocean

Open your template in psp and delete the credit's layer. Go threw all of your layer's and add your paper's of choice.
Move your tube to the middle.
Shell element 60 arrange in the upper left hand corner.
Element 94 image rotate it 90 to the left all layer's checked. Move to the upper left hand side.
Element 152 place around your tube.
Element 28 lower left hand side and use fish element 2 image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Shell element 5 move in front of your tube and add the treasure chest element 150 lower right hand side.
Element 116 right hand side and next to your tube.
Shell element 11 place in the upper right hand side.
Last open element 134 arrange on the right hand side under your template.
Now add your name and copy right information.
