Template 17 by ambcreations you can download from my 4Shared
Open your template and delete the credit layer. Go threw all the layers and add your papers.
Move your tube to the right hand side.
Element 19 move it to the upper left hand side. Duplicate image mirror.
Cat element 7 lower left hand side and use the wings element 1 move it to the lower right in front of the cat image rotate it 25.00 to the left.
Ribbon element 2 lower right and move it next to your tube. Just kind of arrange it down there next to the word art.
Butterfly element 12 upper left hand corner and rotate it the same as above.
Element 26 image rotate it 90.00 to the left all layers checked and place it behind your template. Duplicate image flip.
Doll element 40 arrange down in the lower right hand side.
Last element 45 move the bird on top of the ribbon banner.
Add your name and copy right information.
