Gangsta Babe
Kissed by Kelz awesome scrap kit Gangsta Babe. It matches Arthur Crowe's tube. You can get the kit and tube at his store
New image and open element frame 30 edit copy and paste as a new layer on your new image. Select inside the middle with your magic wand and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete. Move under your frame.
Now move your tube to the left hand side.
Element 15 move to the upper left hand corner.
Element 21 move it behind your tube lower left middle of your frame. I gave it a small gradient glow of white.
Car element 28 lower right hand side and open element 8 and place the dog on top of the car.
High heel shoes element 25 move to the lower right in front of the car and add these other elements around your car 2,33 and 4.
Element 9 arrange it behind your frame.
Word art 1 move to the upper right hand side of the corner.
Last open element 24 and arrange it in the corner.
Add your name and copy right information.
